Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Fresh Hibiscus LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality consulting services and digital resources that empower our clients. To protect the integrity of our services and maintain a sustainable business model, we have established the following Refund & Cancellation Policy. By making a purchase or booking a session, you agree to the terms outlined below.


Digital Products and Proprietary Materials

Due to the immediate access and intangible nature of digital downloads—including but not limited to PDFs, templates, guides, and online courses—all sales are final and non-refundable. No exceptions. Once a digital file has been delivered or a course link has been accessed, we are unable to revoke access and therefore cannot issue a refund.


Pre-Purchase Inquiries: If you are unsure whether a product is suitable for your specific needs, please contact us at info@freshhibiscus.com before purchasing. We are happy to provide additional information to help you make an informed decision.


Consulting, Advisory, and Personalized Services

We dedicate specific time and resources to each client. For this reason, the following terms apply:


  • Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment without penalty if you provide at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled start time.
  • Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session, or failure to attend a scheduled session (“No-Show”), will result in forfeiture of the session fee.
  • Completion of Service: Once a consulting session has been conducted, the service is considered fully rendered and is non-refundable.

Transaction Processing Fees for Refunds

We strive to be transparent about the costs of doing business. Please note that for any refund granted at the sole discretion of Fresh Hibiscus LLC:


  • Third-Party Deductions: Payment processing fees are retained by the payment service providers (e.g., Stripe, Amazon) and are not returned to us. These fees typically range from 1.5% to 6% depending on the method used (e.g., approx. 3% for Credit Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Amazon Pay; 6% for Klarna; 0.8% for ACH; or 1.5% for Crypto).
  • Refund Calculation: Any approved refund will therefore be issued for the net amount received (the original purchase price minus the non-refundable processing fees mentioned above).

Subjective Results and Earnings Disclaimer

Fresh Hibiscus LLC provides tools, information, and guidance based on professional experience. However:


  • No Guarantees: We do not offer refunds based on subjective satisfaction or the absence of specific personal or professional outcomes (for example, job offers, visa approvals, or revenue targets).
  • Client Responsibility: Your results depend on your individual effort, background, implementation, and external market conditions beyond our control.

Technical Support and Access Issues

If you experience technical difficulties accessing your purchase—for example, broken links or file errors—please notify us at info@freshhibiscus.com within seven (7) days of purchase. We will work diligently to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive the materials you paid for.


Right of Refusal and Discretionary Credits

Fresh Hibiscus LLC reserves the right to refuse service or cancel an order at our discretion. In such cases, a full or partial refund may be issued in line with this Refund & Cancellation Policy. At our sole discretion, we may offer a store credit or alternative service in lieu of a monetary refund.
